7a Hillhead is the ground floor flat of a period town house, ‘Grindislea’, which was completed in 1872. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Getting here by aeroplane:-
From Sumburgh Airport follow the main A970 to Lerwick, about 26 miles away. As you come to the top of a hill, you look down on Lerwick. Keep going straight ahead through the town, passing Sound Service Station on the right and Clickimin (an iron age) broch on the left. Just ahead there is a roundabout (with Tesco Supermarket on the right), go straight ahead until you reach Scalloway Road then, at the top of the hill, turn left onto the Hillhead and continue to No.7 which is on the left-hand side after the row of garages. There is ample parking on the street.
Getting here by ferry:-
Exit to the left from the Ferry Terminal, continue towards town, through two mini roundabouts, and continue until you come to the British Legion Club on your left, there is a filter lane directly opposite there, stay in right hand lane and turn right onto King Harald Street, carry straight on then take the fourth left turn, just before the next main junction, into Prince Alfred Street. Take the second right into Hillhead and continue to No. 7 which is on the right hand side, just before the row of garages. There is ample parking on the street.
