One spacious bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe with hangers, dressing table and bedside chests with drawer storage. Good quality cotton bed linen is provided. Central heating radiator. En-suite shower room with WC, wash basin, spacious walk in, high pressure shower, LED edge lit mirror with shaving socket, heated towel rail, vent axia fan and modern non slip flooring.
Open plan living area with kitchen/dining area and lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with top quality appliances including oven, hob, cooker hood, large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Equipped with all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and storage space you will need to facilitate your stay. Oak dining table with matching chairs where you can dine while enjoying the panoramic view over the sea and headland at Trebister Ness.
Lounge area with leather sofa and matching armchairs. LED TV with Freeview channels, blue-tooth music speaker and a selection of books and games. Large central heating radiator.
There is a small patio area to the front of the apartment with garden table and chairs facing the spectacular sea views.
Oil fired, one touch control central heating keeps the apartment warm and cosy even on the coldest of days.
Heat and smoke detector alarms are fitted.

Open throughout the year we accept bookings to suit customers’ needs with no set change-over day. Check in time is 2pm but we endeavour to make the apartment available earlier where possible. Check out time is 10am. For check in, we will meet you at the apartment for key collection and to show you around.
Gulberwick is centrally located making it a good base for exploring all that Shetland has to offer. Also very near to Lerwick where you will find the supermarkets, shops, cinemas, restaurants, sporting facilities and other amenities close by.

From Lerwick Ferry Terminal:
Turn left out of the terminal. Straight on at the first mini roundabout and turn right at the second one. At the big roundabout by Tesco turn right and head towards the airport. Keep going for approx. 2.5 miles and turn left at the second signpost to Gulberwick. Then take the first left into Heathery Park and immediately first right. Heathery Park self-catering is at the third property on the right (No.2 Heathery Park).
From Sumburgh Airport.
Head north towards Lerwick. Take a right turn at the first sign to Gulberwick (after approx 22 miles from the airport). Then first left and immediately first right. Third property on the right – No.2 Heathery Park.
